The service compares user-provided facts with public official rules and offers general information and missing-data prompts. It is not legal advice, personalized legal strategy, a success probability, form preparation, filing, representation, or an application service.

規則會改變

Rules change

移民規則、薪資門檻、職業清單與名額可能隨時更新。App 會顯示來源與查核日期；採取行動前，你有責任查閱最新官方資料並在需要時尋求合資格專業人士。

Immigration rules, salary thresholds, occupation lists, and availability can change. The app shows sources and verification dates; before acting, you are responsible for checking current official information and obtaining qualified professional help when needed.

裁量與外部事件

Discretion and external events

證據型、抽籤型、州提名、雇主決定與名額排期不會被呈現為保證。最終決定始終由主管機關或相關第三方作成。

Evidence-based decisions, lotteries, nominations, employer decisions, and visa availability are never presented as guarantees. Final decisions remain with authorities or relevant third parties.

Subscriptions

正式版 Pro 方案由 Apple 處理付款並依 App Store 訂閱條款續訂。TestFlight 測試版不要求購買。官方來源與風險警示不會付費鎖定。

Apple processes Pro payments and renewals under App Store subscription terms. TestFlight builds require no purchase. Official sources and risk warnings are never paywalled.
